While I have not formally worked as a coach, I bring a wealth of experience from my personal athletic journey. Over the past four years, I have practiced kickboxing and wushu, achieving a blue belt in both disciplines. These martial arts have instilled in me a strong foundation in discipline, technique, and personal growth, which I enjoy sharing with others when the opportunity arises. In addition to martial arts, I have dedicated four years to rock climbing, where I have gained hands-on experience and knowledge in technique, safety, and training methods. Although I do not coach professionally, I have had the privilege of introducing others to rock climbing and offering guidance in a casual, fun setting. I am passionate about fitness and wellness, and as a favor to friends and fellow athletes, I have also created personalized exercise plans to help them reach their fitness goals. These experiences have allowed me to develop a deep understanding of various sports, training techniques, and the importance of individualized instruction. Although I am not currently coaching professionally, my enthusiasm for fitness and my experience in various sports have equipped me with a unique perspective on helping others improve their physical abilities. I am excited to continue learning and potentially expand my coaching role in the future.
